01Acceptance of terms
By installing the RxByte extension or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and do not use the service.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RxByte. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
03Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
04Acceptable use
You may not use RxByte to store or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, or violates any third party's rights. You may not reverse-engineer the extension, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, or use the service to train competing AI models.
05Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund for the remaining period, except where required by law.
06Intellectual property
The prompts you create belong to you. RxByte retains all rights to the extension software, branding, and infrastructure. You grant RxByte a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
07Disclaimer of warranties
RxByte is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RxByte's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
09Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app banner at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
